Absolutely! We offer free local pickup at our Warsaw workshop. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with our address and pickup hours. We also ship via InPost Paczkomaty and courier for convenience.

We prefer .STL, .OBJ, or .3MF files for 3D printing. For laser cutting, please provide vector files like .DXF, .AI, or .PDF. If you have a different format (STEP, IGES), we can usually convert it for you.

Yes, we offer professional 3D CAD design services. If you only have a 2d drawing, a concept sketch, or a broken physical part you need replicated, our engineers can create the necessary 3D model for printing.

Absolutely. We are fully B2B-friendly and routinely work with enterprise clients, startups, and universities. We issue standard VAT invoices for all orders and can sign NDAs for confidential projects.
